100 Hour Meditation Teacher Training

Our 100 Hour Meditation Teacher Training program is an in-depth year-long online course on the theory and practice of meditation. 


  • Presented in a systematic and progressive approach

Program Highlights

  • 12-month comprehensive meditation teacher training 
  • 108 classroom contact hours via Zoom

  • Non-contact course requirements include: 30 minutes of daily meditation practice, keeping a meditation journal, 10 hours of community teaching, required readings, creating guided meditation videos, a final exam, final class project and final student teaching

  • Upon completion of all course requirements, students receive a certificate of completion.

Class Format

There will be two class sessions per week.  Classes are live-streamed online via Zoom so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.  In addition, all classes will be available on our private YouTube channel for viewing at your convenience.
